 Check or Bet
When you guys hit a flop real nice or your hand still looks best, do you like to check it or make a move at it? I know that it all depends on players/chip stacks/ limit, but in general what do you see yourself doing? This is very open-ended
Ex: You have KK and the flop is k-3-7 rainbow.
If you're in first position would you check when on the button you'd bet?
Not just a hand analysis but an entire play analysis of myself shows that, unless protecting against a straight/flush, I always seem to check these flops. Sometimes it gets someone trapped and a lot of chips as the end result, but I often wonder if it would be more profitable to make pot-building bets and then make a move. |
