 Why so Many Phils?
it is a question that we all must have asked ourselves at one time or another considering some of the greatest and most infamous poker players. I asked a first person perspective of a poker player named phil and he said
"Phil's are poker poeple...Well, they like to lose money gambling. It's just that some get lucky and are good. (Damn U Ivey, Gordon, Hellmuth, and Lock)."
I believe when he said Lock he meant Phil "the unibomber" Laak but that is besides the point. I am not really sure about the reasons for the phil/poker phenomenom, i will leave the theories up to you guys. |
