Noble. Though I can confirm that for new accounts on
Titan you are eligble in their $12 free promotion. They will make a phone call to you to confirm account verification. But it seems to be random on what accounts get picked for this promotion, I know some that never received the phone call.
Another promotion I know of is making an account at CD Poker and then waiting a day or two and they will email you to tell you that after makeing a deposit your entitled to $20 free plus your deposit bonus. The $20 is credited within a 1/2 hour after making the deposit.
