I thought InstaCash was a form of depositing using Neteller, where you didn't have to directly have the funds in your account but then it would take it from your bank through Neteller and charge you the 9% fee.
Never heard of a cashout method called InstaCash. What troubles have you been having with Neteller. What is Firepay like in comparison? |
