Yea, InstaCash is associated with Neteller. The last deposit I made with regular-Neteller, as in not InstaCash, took forever and I couldn't sign onto my actual Neteller account for a few days afterwards. The money made it and all, but it felt kind of shady.
Firepay's just another online wallet. It took a few bucks to take money from my bank account and put it in my Firepay wallet, but that's it. The only problem is that Neteller is widely accepted, I'm pretty sure that I've only seen Firepay for
Poker.com and
Full Tilt.
