 Online perils and pitfalls
this happens ALL THE TIME.... I have actually spotted it and twice have gotten the SNG pool redistributed due to disqualification .. as they went back and found a pattern on the 2 players playing together and soft playing each other.
Hence, my recommendations:
First DONT PLAY FOR REAL MONEY ON THE INTERNET --- besides cheating there are so many things that can happen...the other day I was in a $100 SNG, 6 seater... down to 3 ... blinds were basically: BB-half your stack, SB - quarter of your stack -- I had AA, guy was raising... I wanted to delay a little.. it was blinking, and when I went to reraise... MY CABLE WENT ON A FRITZ.. I missed the hand and finished 2nd...lol
if you want to avoid it - dont play ring games... certainly do not play for .... stay away from 6 seater SNGS... its easier for 2 people to control and manipulate a table with only 6 people. Play 10 seaters or MTT's where it is harder for 2 people to team up and control a table. |
