I love this question. First of all I will play it 2 different ways to mix it up. The first is to bet out double the big blind or if early and blinds are lower bet like 4x the big blind. The other way to come out with it is to just call and hope to get lucky. Later in the game I would be more likely to raise because I can get more chips if no one calls. Early in the game it would suck to win like just 90 chips with AA. So I like to do 1 of the 2 options based on the blinds, oponents play and chip stacks, and how many players are at the table.
