It's a move that I often use, the problem is using it too much at a level where players start to take notice of it. I'm betting that in .25/.50 you could do this all day no problem, but once you move up your level you have to mix it up a lot. A CAT is only good if at times you also just unload when you make your hand, betting quickly is usually a sign of bluffing in higher limits so you can get someone to call you down with a middle pair and get paid very nicely.
