Rumor is he's broke. He showed up at the WSOP for only a day...didn't play in all the events like most of the pros did. During the last day of the WSOP at the Rio, I overhead his nephew tell someone he was playing in the big game at the Bellagio. But if he was, he likely was doing it on someone else's money.
Nearly every pro has gone broke at least once in their career. Gus will be back on top soon, I'm sure. |
