I can't get a written, so I use printscreen and just copy everything in my own words. I like writing it out the way I do, it's got enough information to easily recreate the hand. Here's an example, it's from a printscreen I already posted:

EDIT: Ok I wasn't actually looking at the screenshot when I posted this, I got the turn wrong. Either write hand histories out in a way similar to this or just do what I did:
