Well at some pt(2002?) Gaming Club Poker Room came out and offered like $60 bucks for a $20 buck deposit with some small rake requirement. I played some small limit and cashed out up $50 or so. Shortly then after I discovered Freerolls. Gaming Club (or actually the whole Prima Network) back when no one actually played there started offering 10 people Sit N go freerolls. They paid top three $25,$15, $10. They had like 10 tables going for a couple of hours at night. They did this for months. I cleared over a 1k just on those freeroll sit N Gos. Since then I have joined many different casinos. I love to play in MTT and SNGs. I'll play the occasionally freeroll (like BPP) but I don't have the patients for those 10000 people freerolls where if you get 15th you get a buck. I miss the 10 person sit n go freerolls when they paid $10 bucks for third. Those were the days.... |
