I have always wondered and yes I know so many have the mortgage torn up.
But come on...they cant fix or maintain a crappy 2 bedroom 900 sqaure foot home or even afford it....how can now maintain a 4500 sq ft house with tons electronics and 2 furnaces not to mention insurance and the new property taxes which are now most likely more per month then previous house payment... |
