i don't think they' are rigged int he sense that people think - some people get dominating hands or someone always has a boat or quads or a straight flush etc. after scraping the surface a little the only concern was the amount of randomness that the cards have. like they have a bad mathematical algorithm that removes from the randominity (yes i made up a word) of players cards. and some people can possibly take advantage of that if they know what is going on. i think the same thing has occured in live casino's slot machines and etc. but between me and you, that roulette and blackjack under games in
