Actually you can still get a RH as long as you are dealt a hand. So on average, for each round (10 hands) in a $0.25/0.50 game it may cost you a $0.75. If 50% of these hands get raked, then you can get 5 RHs per round. So $10 can last about 13 rounds (or 65 RHs). If you get lucky and get a decent flop on the BB or get dealt a premium hand you can keep the Bonus going.
