I have observed MP1 open with a lot of big pairs regardless of door cards. No read on UTG.
(I guess this converter doesn't do stack sizes.... all full stacks)
Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is BB with 4 A 2 2
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, MP1 raises to $1.1, 2 folds, CO calls, 2 folds, Hero calls, UTG calls.
Flop: 5 4 7 ($4.5, 4 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP1 bets $0.25, CO calls, Hero raises to $2???
Good/Bad? Why? (is it good because I'm representing a straight or straight draw? Or because I'm likely freerolling against an overpair? Or simply because I have 50% of the twos so there's a decent chance I have the only A2?)
Also, how does my play change if he doesn't make such a pansy bet?
Is there any reason to ever lead this flop?
Finally, I was wondering if this hand would every merit a reraise? I was thinking about this and thought, if more then 2 people were in the hand, then there are a number of people who can't have an A2 thereby increasing the strength of this holding. So, would this merit a reraise the more people that are in the hand?
