I wasn't catching very many nice cards either, so I was more than happy to end up finishing 6th. I never had aces, kings, or queens. I caught Jacks once, and everyone folded to my preflop raise, and I had Tens once - and ended up doubling through with them after an emotional rollercoaster - going from thinking I had the hand won, to thinking i was busted, to realizing that in fact, I HAD won

Yea man, that was against me! And in actuality, you were ahead the whole hand, I remember it clearly. You had , I had , flop brings 2 diamonds, your ahead, TURN, another diamond, your still ahead, RIVER, Queen...........Of DIAMONDS!! haha, that was silly. I wanted you out of the game bad too, you get dangerous when you have chips....

By last nights conversation I was in the understanding that the next event is the last event. Since the 1 week got cancelled it's not being made up and all 8 events are over now. I'm like 75% sure this is the case so I'm 4th but not down too much going into the final. Good luck everyone in the final.

Guru, I would suggest that you make it a buy in like you said but make the minimum 5 people because Illini said he couldn't make it and acorn hasn't been around lately so 6 or 7 people may be all the final event gets in it. I don't want to see the final event get cancelled because it had a 10 person minimum. That would really suck.

There is 1 more regular event and then the "big final event" is 2 weeks from now.

jesus, why is this still an issue? I was not really reading much of the conversations last night, but the previous week, we all were made aware that there will be 1 more regular season event, THEN the final.....just like BS says..

Hahaha that's right - I couldn't remember the exact cards, but those are them. That hand was crazy for me.

By the way, I appreciate the respect you have for my game. Congrats on a well played tourney

I couldn't get any cards either, but luckily tripstreynj kept limping into my BB and I just raise with with any two cards and take his money. So that helped me survive to 5th. Trips your always welcomed to my right

I'm guessing we did away with the bonus points for consecutive final tables? If not then my points need an adjustment.
