Default 1 On 1: NL Hold'em Ring Games

I've recently changed my play style on Titan Poker to 1 on 1 NL Hold'em Ring games. So far in the past week I have made around $30 roughly a day, totalling winnings at $209.00.

Tips at money making:
1. Find a good table with only 1 person
2. Make sure the average pot and blinds aren't too high for your bankroll
3. Bet a ton on 2nd pair and sometimes even low pair (you'll either by playing fishys or tight players)
4. Although be cautious don't away be intimidated by a reraise. Unless the community is loooking horrible for you put pressure back. Playing Heads up usually means a lot more bluffing then you think.
5. If they go all in think about calling small pairs.
6. MOST IMPORTANT:
a. Play fast and big the first few hands and call anything playable and even if its horrible call the blinds with it at least.
b. After a couple of hands, starting playing tight. Min raise even on hands where you dont have anything. It scares the junk out of people, and if they call it, raise again on the next card (if there isnt a flush draw or straight draw possiblity and they call, I bet 1:10 they are fishing for a pair or have a small pair)

After a week of playing like this Ive doubled my original bankroll. Its worked like a charm.

hahaha ... $50 heads up .. lets see you call my bluffs ... except I'll have AA when u do and 72 offsuit when you dont .. When i play headsup I prefer tournament style .. i like starting with the same amount of chips and knowing the other person can't leave once I start taking his money.

I'd highly recommend the 1 on 1 games. I'm up $30 over the last 3 days because of them. I would be up about $100 if I hadn't had a bit f bad luck with 2 or 3 hands. If I ever see you at a table, maybe I'll pop in to see your strategy at work. I'm sure it'll be a good matchup.

Do you play heads up ring games or heads up tourney style? I usually play the tourney heads up games when I want a quick game.
