titan does have some pretty bad beats, however you can look at it this way....you were playing 2s. Preflop they still are lower than like ace queen or ace king. Not a very strong hand to start with in the first place. Put yourself in his shoes, if you had flopped a fullboat with pkt kings and he won with quad deuces you would probly be insane angry. Theres allways another side of the hand. Just some food for thought....I know it does suck to lose like that though.

I agree I have quit the rings at titan and at the prima sites....they seem to love the big hand on the river....

Thumbs up

Well after the quad 2's beat, I would quit online poker. Well not because of the beat because my laptop would be against the wall.

P.S. Im on my second laptop

Does anyone have any info on whether sites burn cards when dealing , because this could explain alot of the oddities between the casino and the WWW casinos?

I don't know about burning. It's doubtful that they would, because the point of burning a card is to prevent anyone from having accidently seen the next card to come. Since that's not possible online, seems like a burn would be unneccesary.

What most sites do do however, is shuffle the deck before dealing the turn and then again before the river. I wasn't aware of this; just found out the other day. It's done as a prevention from cracking the site. I'm not sure what kind of effect that has on dealing really - bottom line, the cards always come out at random, live or online - but the extra shuffle before each street would definately cause a difference in the results, IF you compare a live deck and an online deck that start off exactly the same, each having cards in the exact order.

yeah but the bad thing is he wasn't relying on luck he had the best hand on flop the other guy was lucky and i see this alot on many MANY sites but yeah alot on titan thats where i lost my bank roll need to get some more back on there just or the buy-ins and maybe some tourny's but thats why you have to watch your bets and all-ins cause it's all in the bet and call on how the cards fall alot of people i see go all-in the guy that calls is usually the winner in alot of play i see and i play 14 hrs a day.
but quads i'd have to do it too lol.

The river is the place for all-ins bet high or whatever on the board but the river is the best place for all-in unless your really REALLY scared like most that say there good no matter what position your in it's on how the cards fall
