Default Poker playing friends gone wrong

What do you do when your friends like poker but never can get anything going? I'm having this problem with two of my good friends who always volunteer for an AC run. I don't see how I could ever sit with them in hopes of taking their money, but I also don't like sitting and feeling like I'm coming off as a teacher or anything. We've been good friends for years but I hate watching someone lose money when I feel that they shouldn't be.

Most of my friends are pretty bad but they still like to play alot. So I usually just play with them alot to take there money. In our home games we dont play for very big stakes so its nice to make acouple extra bucks each week. Also when I play with my friends we play just to play and have fun.

Default eh

its really a touchy subject because cause often friends that are not very good want to play with people that are better than them. but the reason that you have to be carefull is because you may let up a bit or not try to take em out early, if your playing tournament style per say, and next thing you know that get lucky and you look like a frigging jack ass.
