I realinze that it is just a few more bets but the game of limit has certainly changed over the years. Now I find so many more people will to pay those extra bets that there is basically no way to bet them off the pot anymore. So many people have become calling stations chasing you down to the river and online they seem to get there way more then they should. Sure wish I could get these fish in a live game. I need to move back to Vegas. How do I lose the wife......

There are definatley a lot of fish online. It seems like I play with them every day. The other day I sat down at a heads up table and I was playing against this guy who would not call a bet. Limit were .5/1 and I just raised preflop every hand. I usually hate people who do this, but he was folding literally every hand. It took me 5 minutes to take $30 off him. Easiest $30 I ever made.

I look at things like this. Every player besides me is a fish. It's just what type of fish are they? Most are just gold fish who I take money from like taking candy from a baby. Every now and then though I find a bigger fish like a stingray or tougher yet an electric eel. I'm still however waiting for the sharks in poker to come out. Until they do I will rule the ocean and waters of poker. My position in poker is represented by one card...and the best player is the Ace of spades.

Thanks man, but I know that I have a lot to learn about the game. I also know that I can get a lot better. I may be better than a lot of people but that just makes them 2 through 8. I put myself there because I can improve both by skill and my mental game needs imrovments. Like avoiding tilt completely. I have gotten better at doing so, but there's still like 4% of me that wants to go on tilt after a bad beat. Once I solve this issue I will upgrade myself to the . Because it's a better suite it's and upgrade. My goal is to get to by September of 07. This is when I will turn 21 and will be at Atlantic City every other weekend.

Where do you live? I didn't realize you were in this area (South Jersey)? I figured being an Astros fan you had to be from Texas.

Meh he might not by from new jersey. I know a friend that i went to high school with goes to Nova now and makes a trip to AC every weekend. Then again its only a 20 minute longer drive from nova then where i live.

I just hope you are all smart enough to avail your selves of the sites letting you make notes on players and starting a fishing buddy list...for when you play ring games.

On Titan you can make notes on players .
So you will remember there plays when you run into them again.
It's a very good method.
