| Just happened to me on poker.com You know they say this is the strongest hand, but it doesn't seem to work that way. Pocket Aces go 4 times the blind. One call. Flop comes... 7, 8, 9 rainbow. Call all in (basically double the pot). The other player calls. At this point I know I am risking a straight draw and would be okay with that here. But the guy shows a pair of twos. A pair of twos. I mean come on, there are three cards on the board that (if paired) beat his hand. Anyway, you can guess what happens - a two on the river (gotta love that river). Thanks for letting me rant. |

| Ya wanna talk about an ace tale.....Titan poker, I hit the rockets. I raise preflop, cause I know better than to slow play them. 5 people call my raise. So we see a flop and there it is, ace king king. Well now I decide to slow it as the only hand that has me is if there is pkt kings, and I doubt it. So we go to the turn with some small bets and it comes a 10. Now one guy raises big and then we all call. Still 5 in the pot. well you can guess, river comes nothing and we all end up going all in. I have pkt aces for a fullboat, one guy has pkt 10s for a fullboat 10s over kings, 2 have queen jack for the str8 and the winner.....pkt kings for quad kings. I could not believe it. It was the most bs hand I've ever seen in online poker. Anyways....just thought I'd share that with ya'll. |
