There is a rumor (or maybe I read it in a post somewhere) that the buy-in event is going to be moved to 8pm on Monday night. Is that going to happen? Is that going to get some more people into the event? The first buy-in we only had 10 and then Monday we only had 8. My last place finish in the buy-in event should vault me into 1st place or at least close to it. I'd much rather have to earn this ranking then by getting it by default. Do we have that many freerollers in this forum or is the time/day just incontinent for some people?

I think that the buy-in event should be moved to 8. We would probably get greater participation and also a bigger prize pool. I finished 2nd and 1st and won a whole $16.

Although we've requested a time change, I can't make it at 8 and i believe its the same case with a few others like UofTNick and doflovespoker...

Actually, I'm ok with 8 or 9. It was just this past Monday that I wasn't able to make it home on time - won't be a regular occurence. I plan on playing in the remainder of the buy-ins (hopefully anyways).

So I'm ok with leaving it at 9, or switching it to 8. If switching to 8 is going to get us more players, then I think we should try it. What do we have to lose?

I don't think it will matter what time it starts on Monday, we will not get many more participants. Thats just the vibe I get. 8 or 9pm, it doesnt matter to me. I'd prefer 8pm so we get done earlier on a weeknight, but either way, I don't mind it, and I plan on participating in every tournament from now on anyway, so.... whatever floats your boat.

If a few people can't make it at 8 and I don't see that moving it to 8 is going to get as more entries I think we should stick with 9. We certainly don't want you missing the tourney BBP Guru. There will be one less person with a bounty on their head in the tourney...

It looks like both times there is people that can't make it. Whatever time it is I will have to deal with. It sucks, but thats life. I will make this one though, just again having to leave early if it goes too long is my problem.

Doesn't matter to me. The only problem i see is only if the network will get down again. But this can happen on both hours.
