KK is a nice hand. Even though the flop was AJ10 i still would have played it one. Even if he has an A, as long as a majority of my chips are safe i would play it just for the 2 outs for a set and the 4 for the straight. But As due scare me when i get it call preflop and it hits the board.

uh. KK might be good but sensei thats just superstition AA to KK, im not sure on the statistics but a 1 to 5 underdog. So even if you do bust AA chances are during those times its just bad luck for AA, because any pocket can screw AA by hitting a set.

Why are there some many people afraid of AA? It gets cracked sometimes, but its still the best can you have. It amazes me people would rather have 10-10 or KK. Didn't the guy who is a huge fan of 10-10 get knocked out to AA in our buy-in event. You still a huge fan of 10-10 now??

You have to be agressive with A-A. You can't just raise really small, if you just take down the pot preflop, that's good. With any pocket pair you want to be 1-on-1 with someone.

King Kong been very, very good for me (recently). I was in early position with $10 on a 10 person $0.25/$0.50 NLHE table. I looked saw KK and raised it to $2. Suprisingly I got three callers and the flop came out J-6-3 rainbow. I went all-in and tried to take the pot down ASAP. One guy called and showed A6. Luckily my KK held up and I got a nice payout.
