I have a question and I don't even know if it belongs here but if not, I am sure someone will be so kind as to let me know. I am new to this whole freeroll, forum thing so I could just be stupid but when I joined this forum it was because I really liked the messages and how nice everyone seemed to be but then when I came back to the forum the day after I joined, I gound posts from people accusing me of only joining to get in the freeroll - you people don't even know me - don't make accusations you can't back up - and then yesterday when I played in the freeroll (for the short amount of time the Titan server let me in there) all I saw was a bunch of people cursing at each other and making accusations about passwords. Does this happen every time or was yesterday an exception? I don't understand all the ins and outs of this stuff but is everyone so cutthroat or was I just at the wrong table?

I think all BBP league events should be for money. No more freerolls if crap like this is going to happen every weekend.

OR

Have a buy in event on say Sunday and then all who participated in the buy in are elligible for the freeroll. That would work as well.

I find this ideea great.
And to make a list with the ones who played in the buy-in and give it to Titan in time so we will participate in the freeroll with no passwords.
Stealers wont have a chance to enter the freeroll.
The only problem is that we must be at least 15 in the buy-in so we can be 15 in the freeroll or it will not take place.

We have it backwards. The freeroll should be just for points towards the league. The buy-in should have the added prize funds.($25 for 1st, etc...)
If it were that way, I would assume we'd get more participation...



I also like Gutshot's idea. Just 86 the freerolls and make the buy-ins the only tourney for the league..

I have no idea. I have never ran a private tournament on any site ever.

If thats the case though, then just have a $10 prize pool for the freeroll. Then if the winner is a password stealer, we won't care AS much.....

The smallest prize poll on titan for a freeroll i saw it was $25.

I like this idea too. Make the freeroll very little money and make mondays buy in even added cash. Hopefully this will get more people in mondays event and not as many idiot leakers in the event with more cash up for grabs. I also like the idea to just make both events buy ins. If your afraid of too few people being able to play or wanting to play then make the minimum players 10. I know we can get 10 if money is added and since like 3 new members are saying they'll be playing monday. Lets do something. I just don't want to be like G.W. and be all talk, no action.
