Alright - I think everyone needs to just take 5 minutes, and calm themselves down. This used to be a really friendly forum and environment that I liked to come to and post and learn new things. But it is turning into a hate-fest, back and forth battle on these boards. Almost every post now contains some type of anger or a shot being taken at another member (or at least it seems like it). I think we should all just calm down, and get back to the way the forum used to be - there is no reason for the best members of this forum to be talking to each other the way we have been.

I had a good time at the buy-in tonight, and I think that other people did too - I found it to be a pretty friendly and good-natured environment, but the boards seem a little too serious to me - myself included at times.

I don't mean to upset anyone with this post, sound like some type of 'voice of reason', or point fingers at anyone either, because I think that we are all doing it.

So let's just get back to the fun-loving, having a good time environment that BBP used to have. Sound good?

I agree, but this flood of members on Sunday gets a little frustrating. I had a great time tonight at the buy-in event mainly because it was full of BBP MEMBERS.

I understand - it frustrates me at times too. But then I remember that no matter where you go, or what you do, there are always going to be people like that - whether you like it or not.

I'm slowly learning to just accept that fact, and try to make the best of whatever presents itself. And even if we only get one Sunday person that stays and contributes - it's better than none.

So welcome again to those that are new to BBP [like Ernie (ILLINI1A)] - hope you stick around for the long haul. This really is a great forum with great people.
