I am wondering how many played there in the last three months and what you experience has been since their grand opening.

I have been frustrated by their customer support. It began as a free for all. I knew there would be some restrictions. About 2 months into it they announced the 10% with play requirements. Now I can't seem to figure out what is going on there.

Have others figured out their requirements or had contact with customer service?

Ok, so I understand getting the bonus is tough but it seems I can withdraw (min $25) anything over my starting money. I can use my beta money to play in tourneys and if I win I can deposit it. Things are getting a little more clearer to me.

This new format does still seem different to the one that was communicated in January, but it does seem to still work out about the same.

Things have improved greatly today in terms of their customer support. I received 3 emails in the last 12 hours. They have made some changes, as a result of beta tester complaints.

1 - All the money you have earned can be played on their site
2 - Only money earned above your beta balance can be w/d (min $25)
3 - To earn your beta testing balance you need to meed their reward requirements.

I don't expect to earn much of my money back given the high restrictions to their rewards program, but maybe I can win something above my balance and use that money for other things.

I am still a little concerned about depositing in the account as I fear if my account drops below this beta amount I may not be able to w/d it. More questions for Tropical.

I tried TP last Jan/Feb, but and guessed that all the "Freeroll" money had a catch to it. I recently also played at World City Poker and saw similar circumstances. Only one or two reports of people cashing out. I won't touch these new sites with a ten foot pole.

If you see traffic drop off to less than 100 people, RUN.

I agree 100%. If you see the traffic run.

Therefore, I would not despoit unless you get your earnings high up that you started from freerolls. I would then suggest only making a deposit after you have heard accounts of people withdrawing w/o problems.

OK - a few weeks later and I am glad to say that I was able to withdraw over $100 off of winnings from the ring tables. It was really the first time I played on ring tables and am glad I got something out of site. I have not made any deposit and still have money (from beta winnings) on the site.

I had a bad day today (have had bad there before) and hope to come back again and build up my balance.
