Anyone here ever meet a pro in real life and if not anyone meet a pro online i have yet(to my knowledge) meet a pro online but i know there out there but they prolly want to keep a low profile i know i would. But anyone meet one just like walking to the store or something cause that would be cool and if you have then you would go up a few notched in my book.

I met Nicolae Simcelescu which is the best romanian pro.
His results are:
- 13 place WPT Grand Prix Paris 2005

- 1 place 2005 Pot Limit Omaha @ World Heads Up Poker Championships, Barcelona

- ranked 3 in best Omaha European players in 2005, cf William Hill Rating
Qualified at the European Poker Tour Monte Carlo
He also plays poker online on Pokerstars and Ultimate Bet.

I met him in a casino in my town but never had the chance to really talk to him. He was playing in a $500 entry omaha PL tourny.

I met Daniel Negraneau when I went to Vegas last April...was playin at a 1-2 NL table at Bellagio and he walked by...I said whats up to him...talked for like 5 mins...he went to his game....then later at the bar I had some beers with him at the Mystic Bar....really cool guy....

I went to meet Scotty Nguyn (sp) at Cheorkee Casino in Tulsa when I was at the Chili Bowl Midget Nationals this past year, but there were so many people there...I couldnt get near him...but I did see him...LOL

I've thrown craps at the same table as Daniel Negreanu and Micheal Jordan, never played poker with a pro live though. On Full Tilt I've played with John Juanda and Quiet Lion in Limit HE.

He was born in Romania? I could swear he was born in Toronto.....

Maybe he moved to Toronto pretty much right after he was born? Let me know Sensei, because I know that he has some sort of Toronto connection. Didn't know anything about Romania.

Basically His parents moved from Romania to Canada in 1967 with two sons. Daniel was born in 1974 in Toronto, Canada. See the link below.
