If you've done nothing wrong then they will review your situation and probably add money to your account for the inconvenience. I've never heard of a site (other than PP) closing accounts without legitimate reason, but I guess they can make mistakes.

I hope they clear up the misunderstanding and re-open your account asap. Good thing that you've been wd money from your account. I usually do the same. They sites really hold a lot of power over the players. These forums are a great way to get some justice and a response. GL.

I've never had any issues with sites of course I'm not a freeroll whore. Maybe titan thinks it's impossible to be a member of 80 forums in order to get in all the freerolls. I can understand their thoughts on that, but they shouldn't shut down your account unless they are positive.

I asked them to tell me when it happened and in which tournament, so i can defend myself.
I told them that if they want i will send a list of all the forums i'm in.
They didn't respond me at all.
Just told me that they will make a decision soon. That was thursday. Nothing by now and i sent them another 2 emails.

He made a post here at BBP yesterday. I suspect that the account is Gonzo. BUT it's easy enough to start up another account and get back into it.
