Default know when to leave

I have come to the conclusion that some times it isnt my day and I should listen to my inner self and either not play or learn to know when to leave...more then once I have built a nice little nest and heard that little voice tell me its time to leave and go mow the lawn or something else ...but the greed in me always has to play one more hand ...its not that I dont make money and add to the bank roll its just that I never leave with the most money that I have had at any point throughout the evening. Is this just me or do all poker players suffer from that I know I can win just one more syndrome.

This happen to me a few times. I was playing heads up against a guy who went all in all of the time and doubled up from $20 to $40 and then to $80. I left the table right after that with a profit of $60 but sat back down at another table with $20. He found me and started to play smart and catch cards and took $40 of it back, should have just quit right there.
