| I just want to know want you guys think of this hand. This hand happened just acouple hands after I sat down on the table so I had now idea how people played. My thinking in calling was that he probaly had a big pocket pair and he could of had Queens. So I didnt want to give away an extra couple of bets if he did. Although turns out he didnt and I won a nice pot. ![]()

| i don't have so much experience in limit games. i don't play either NL cash games, too, because of that pressure.. i have an aces and every hand on flop can scare me .. but i think you red him right..he reraised the preflop 2 times, so i would be giving him KK, QQ or AK .. the only card on board that can scare me was that Q (i don't think someone would go reraising on preflop, flop and turn with 1010).. you took a good pot, and i think that i should be called that on river (not raising).. sorry for bad english |

| i think u did well..it was obvios that he had a big pair ..and that pair could of been qq...i think i would of one the same...it was uselees to raise the pot on river..with the risk of losing the hand agaist qq...nice play and congrats for the pot won |

| The reason I would have kept raising as much as possible is b/c on the turn, he bet, you raised, and he only called. That to me, sounds like he hasnt hit the flop or turn, but probably has a nice pair b/c of the pre-flop, and flop betting. I can see what you mean by being scared of queens, but why not raise to really find out? If he reraises, then, I say since your that far, your only going to lose a maximum of 2 more bets. might as well pay it off. just my 2 cent. |

Wow, I guess if you ask a question you eventually will have it answer. I can see where your coming from trips but as I looked back at my own hand, I dont like a raise on the end because he just called on the turn and didnt try to cap it again and then bet out to me on the river, so to me that indicates that there is a more of a chance that he has Queens
