I've recently fell in love with using a mod to change the look of party poker
while removing the players did well for me before, the chairs started getting annoying, so now my screen looks a little something like this!



i think it looks soo much better and easier on the eyes.
and i definitely suggest you search for poker mods (type it on google , u'll get a few sites)

you can also find these mods for pokerstars. i'm not sure about titanpoker though

Sorry maybe this is a dumb question but what exactly is a mod and what does it do besides allow you to remove the players and their chairs? Does it cost money? Is it legal? Can I find one that instead of removing the players and their chairs shows me everyones card....

Mod stands for modification or something like that. Its just something that you could change about the game. I hardly ever play on Party Poker but I might start a little more because I though those people sitting in chairs was the dumbest backround ever, I really cant stand titans one so I have to google hard. (wow that was a weird sentence)

I guess you could make a program to mod your games so you can see everyones cards but that would probaly be classifed as cheating and you probaly would get kicked off the site.

probably won't be possible to see others cards
atleast with not average persons knowledge u won't be able to, nor i intend to try!

mod just helps you change to look of it, party just looked way too ugly that i needed a fix.

although i can tell u a funny trick.

inside the partypoker folder are saved all the card images.
these images are used to display the cards on the board.

if u successfully rename the card As to 4h, and 4h to As. and then Ah to 7c , and 7c to Ah.
then u'll happily see ur friend going all in with 74os, cuz he'll think it's aces

It look very good and yes it is easy to follow.
It is very important that you have a nice image in front of you.
It helps you relax.
Also the colour choisce for the cards are useful.

I agree - I don't like too much happening in the background when I'm playing. I don't really need to see little avatars or anything - I just want to play. They certainly do not help my play.

i didn't try party poker but it looks good maybe i will try it
