So many badbeats you have there, I have only played on it a few times, Next time I'll be on it is for the Forum Championship, then I think I will stay away.

I e-mailed pokerstars about there crappy beats and they told me it was because they deal over 10 million hands a day and you see bad beats more often because you play more hands than in brick and mortar. And I can see truth in that I have seen bad beats and donkey playing morons at all the sites I play at and if I quit them because of a few bad beats I couldnt play anywhere

There are maniac players on every site, Graves. You just have to be careful and watch the patterns of the other players.

Funny back at playing on pokerstars. It really has the best software out of any site and the support is soooooooooooooooooooooooo much better than Ipoker/party/bodog all put together! Plus the beats go both ways though they suck so bad when you go out 4th or 3rd in a SnG to a bad beat!!

The features on PokerStars that I like are:
--being able to make notes on players. I've used them, and it's great to avoid a table when I see a player there that I've noted in the past "plays anything, raises with nothing, a maniac, avoid at all costs". Or if I've noted in the past that the player is conservative, I know if he's betting big, he's probably got it.

--graphics. I like everybody having their own avatar. I think sites that ony offer a few avatars should have more. Having a table populated by lots of the same avatar is just weird.

--the new re-sizing option. Wow, this is great! I applaud PSs for putting the effort and cash into doing this.

What I don't care for:
--the time bank. Unless a player gets disconnected, I think extra time should be limited. I don't think players should have to make snap decisions all the time, but the generous time bank allowances are abused in some cases.

--sitouts. I know every site has this problem. I just can't believe that a solution couldn't easily be programmed into the system. It seems that once a player has sat out for more than, say, 10 minutes, his chips should go into the next pot. That way, in a tourney, you wouldn't have a full table playing 4 handed.

P.S. Ad1129, what are you doing online at 3 a.m.? Shouldn't you be getting your beauty rest?

you can find an idiot in every level of play.. (no mather how much are the stakes).. sometimes i find better players on micro stakes then on high ones.. but i lost to a idiots... there is no end to bad beats.. but if they happen in a row, that is dangerous (i'm really pissed off, then trying to force some not premium hands, and lose to a weaker ones too)..

but, man.. that is too much.. it happens to me on poker.com (unbelivable how i hate to play there) .. bad beats for all my life..

Default I hate pokerstars

I was playing in a 20/40 no limit room and with about 900.00 I picked up pocket kings in the small blind with 3 people calling the big blind so I raise to 120 and the big blind calls and two others call and one folds the flop comes AKJ rainbow leaving a straight possibility on the board so I lead out for 100 and the big blind calls and the other two fold the turn is a 5 of hearts leaving a possibility of a heart flush draw so I lead out for 300 leaving me about 400 left the big blind moves all in so I call and he shows 4 8 of hearts and guess what comes on the river the last heart he needs and after the hand is done he call me a moron for playing my hand when I flop a set of kings....WTF was he thinking calling my preflop bet with a 4 8 heart and then calling my other huge bets with nothing so that was the last straw I will no longer play on pokerstars ever again

Ya, there really isn't a reason to blame a poker site for a bad beat, unless the play seems really shaky. Party Poker is notorious for having low competition a lot of th time. Paradise Poker is a website I have noticed to have a lot of good players. Titan Poker seems to have a lot of bad players as well along with a few good ones here and there. Its good to try out a lot of sites though!!!
