Got A-A-A-A and A-K-A-K double duited back to back today. I won 5000 chips in a tourney on the second. 2 hands I have never got before, I got in back to back hands. Hell it was my 1st time being dealt quads of any kind.

AAAA doesn't help you very much.
You don't have any possibility but to hope someone else doesn't catch trips, a straight or a fullhouse.
AKAK is a good hand especcially if their suited . Your chances are getting really bigger if an A or a K appears in the flop.

AAAx HU is good, but as sensei said AAAA is horrible :/. AKAK ds is good, but i perfer AAJT double suited over AKAK.

Yeah getting quads is about the worst hand to receive. I have never been dealt akak suited before. Great job winning your 5k in chips with the double suited.

Most of the time when playing Omaha you need a real strong hand if theres more than two players in the hand. With four hole cards to catch with and five on the board a four of the same kind in your hand isnt very encouraging.

AAAA might be a good starting hand but its not the best finishing hand i doubt you could win on it unless you could get the other players to fold. AKAK on the other hand is playable.

AAAA is a horrible hand, but AAKK its a good hand, you maybe have a good change to win. But what happend? I don't think its AAAA is a good hand in Omaha.
