Anyone play in these games at BoDog. $4-$.40 10 person SNG in which they pay the top 5. Payouts are 12,10,8,6,4

I've never seen a payout structure like this, but these tables have been easy money for me. There are a lot of extremely tight people there in which you can push them out of most pots and if they raise back at you know they got the nuts. Add in a few fools that usually get knocked out quickly and its easy to score in the money. Of course when you win your not winning nearly as much if you played in a tourney that paid just the top 3, but the ease of getting in the money makes up for it in my mind.

Anyone know of any other casinos that offer beginner tournies like this?

No, only bodog does. I've looked around, but bodog 5.50/11 SnGs are easy money also.
