I got to them by using the online help function in Titan Poker. However, that function is only available when you are already logged in, so it probably wouldn't have done you a lot of good ...

This may be your internet connection . I have AOL and it has done it to me. Another prob with AOl is that your ip may have had another account at one time. I have logged into a poker site and went to check myself ( how i was doing ) and it had anotehr name highlighted. I was like hmmm am i in anothers name , The thing was is that i was in my name but the site thought my info was someone else with my ip address . I logged off and all was fine

I don't have any problems to register an account at Titan. Check your internet connection because I think this is problem. Try again. Titan is the best.
