I've been trying to set up an account at Titan. Every time I click on the set up account, (or register, I think it is), I get a blank screen. I can only exit out of it. Anybody else having this problem? Any advice? I want to be able to play in tonight's game. Also, I am pretty computer literate, so fire away any suggestions you have will be appreciated.

I had no problems registering for Titan, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. What platform and browser are you using?

Can you be more particular. Have you already downloaded and installed the software of not?

Yes, already have titan poker loaded, had the home page with log in/register features available. But clicking on register only takes me to a blank screen that says "Titan Poker" on the top.

Sorry, forgot to say I have Windows XP pro version running on a Dell Inspiron 9300. Shouldn't be any issues there.

Hey Think, Steve with Titan online support suggest uninstalling through Control Panel | Add/Remove Progams and reinstalling. It was his first suggestion, so that's either part of a help desk script that they follow, or it's a common cause of that problem.

Thanks, Lyt. I was considering doing that. I'm going to give that a shot. Because I'm in the mountains this weekend, I'm on dial-up. I miss my broadband!

I finally got registered at Titan. Had to uninstall and install a couple of times. But by the time I was done, the game was already full! Oh well. Better luck next time, hopefully...

But thanks for the assist.

(BTW, I called the help desk, and they never answered. So much for 24/7 help.)
