I'd sell it and play two of the smaller buyin events. The Main Event is great and all, but I'd rather keep a guaranteed couple thousand and play 2 events instead of 1.

How much would it be sold for. Thats the question becaus if your going to sell it for less than a couple gz then theres no point.

I would sell it because the odds of winning that big main event it pretty low. I would rather watch it on tv and just learn from the actual pros and see their moves.

Yeah but its not the same to play on the net, I'm looking on the poker in TV and I'm playing the same move like them. So I'm playing with my friends at his house. If everyone check, I need to bet high, so maybe all fold or maybe 2 or 3 call.

Barring a financial catostrophe I would play it for sure. We are talking the WSOP.. As I said in my blog I will never win a major marathon or triathlon. Cant compete in the Super Bowl or Stanley Cup. But on any given day I can tow the line in a poker tourney against the best players in the world and have a chance to win or even cash because it has been done before.

Because of the UIGA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Act) Harrahs will no longer allow third party registrations from the poker rooms. Pokerstars FTP and Bodog etc will have to credit the winners accounts with the cash and they will have to buy there way in directly. A good friend of mine has qualified two times thru stars (2005/2006). I posed the question to him (knowing what he would do before I asked) and in a heartbeat he would buy his way in.


2007 WSOP schedule still to be announced but the dates are June 1st thru Mid July.. Letters went out from Harrahs to 2006 participants.

I would definately play! Even if I lost it wouldn't be so bad. After all it is an experience of a lifetime. Poker is mostly luck anyway.
