Hopefully everything will get resolved. Its so stupid that they freeze your account for no reason and you have withdrew money there how many times. All of the sudden they need proof of who you really are. Kinda gay. I am becoming to hate titan more and more as days go by. Especially with there long ass withdrawal process which takes ages to complete.

I've recieved two emails from titan so far, one last night at 12:50 AM

Default Titan Lack of Support or Rules

Here's my e-mail I sent them today of my experience with Titan. I still await there reply:

I entered and won the first satellite tournament to the "Legends of Poker MTQ1" which automatically registered me to the Monday tournament that started at 1500 hrs est. I tried to unregister from it so that I could register to the 2030 hour time slot. It would not let me unregister from it when I tried. I contacted the online support and reached "Narissa" and explained to her the problem. She told me I had to call support directly to unregister. She gave me the number and I tried calling. Everytime I called (1 hour straight ) I got a message that said " there was no one that could talk to me at this moment" and then it gave me a option to connect to the operator to which I did. I then got a message that said the same thing. I then typed back to Narrisa that there is no one there taking any phone calls. She then tried and got the same result. I then asked her why she couldn't help me directly? She said she works in a different department and couldn't do anything for me. I then asked her to give me a extension or number to a supervisor to talk with. She would not supply me with any number and just said she was sorry about the inconvenience. She then told me to try (after a hour) the number again and there was someone there to answer. I tried several times and got the same recordings. at this point the tournament that I was trying to change had already started so basically I was beat. She then told me that she "guessed" if I won a tournament through a satellite I could not unregister and that I could only unregister if I bought in directly.
First of all there is nothing that says that in your tournament page. I belong to Partypoker, Poker Stars and Caribbean Poker and have never been unable to unregister from one tournament to the other as long as it was the same type of tournament of course.
Second. I couldn't believe there was no one there at support that I could talk to from 2:00pm to 3:30pm est. You had less then 5000 online at that time. Partpoker has at least 50,000 online at any given time of day and I get through in seconds.
Third. Your lack of support from your online support system Not only did I not get out of the 3:00 pm tournament I couldn't get a straight answer or phone extension for a supervisor from "Narrisa"
So when all was said and done I basically lost my 35.00 entry fee that I won to get into the legends tournament and got no help or solutions from anyone. The reason I joined Titan was that some poker magazines ranked it as one of the better poker sites to play. However they are wrong and I will make sure that all the major poker magazines and poker newsgroups get a copy of this e-mail and incident so that they may rank you accordingly. I never heard of a poker site that will only make you play a tournament at your time slot and not one that I choose from to get to the main event ,and will not let you unregister from it once your put in it (by Titan). Not to mention your lack of phone support. Doesn't make me want to deposit anymore money into your site.

Ok.
Here is my opinion. I'm play here from the start.
Titan online support really sucks. Those guys and girls don't have a clue of what is happening that day on the site. They have some paper shits in front of them and they look there for the answer. Happend to me many times to not get an answer related to my problem.
Phone support it's good. They helped me resolve many problem's.
E-mail support it's also good but they respond very late so if you have a problem that must be resolved imediatly you have no chance.
one over another i like the site for his graphic and his tournaments. I won here some really nice money so i will continue playing on it.
