Thumbs down here it goes

I have been flushed out with straights all week. Firsti had a flush with the ace in hand and what do you know they had a straight flush. I am starting to think this is becoming an everyday thing at titan. What do I do? Is there some secret that I do not know about.
The first thing was I had a high straight from the get go my AJ there was a flop KQ10 I was thinking very nice . no two suites alike so i was thinking woo hoo. so I easied it in a 5 bet they call, its a spade so I thought it may be a good idea to go all in so they dont get a flush or at least scare them off ummmmmm NO. went all in with 55 and sure enough the one that had just enough to cover the 55 goes all in and gets his flush I WAS STEAMING not to mention they were low cards 45 . WHAT AM I DOING WRONG someone PLEASE HELP

It sounds to me like the only thing you did wrong in either situation is get worked up about a bad beat. Both of those hands were strong, and yeah, maybe you could have played them a little harder to push the other people out. But the fact is, you had great hands and got beat by bad luck.

If you give it any more power than that, it will spook you in the future, and you might fold hands that would have been winners.

You could not have done anything better. You checked the absolute nuts with a backup nut flush draw. Turn came out and to make sure people backed off you raised all in. They are just donks not knowing how to play poker OBV. I would remember there names and keep following them and take there money, should be really easy if they made those calls. Just keep on your A game and you'll start to see things happening for you.
