I just wonder that what can I do since Neteller couldn't be sign up by several country including Thailand. what is the alternative method that I can use? Please advise.

i had the similar problem!

i can't sign to a netteler, because my country is not on a list.. i can't use PAYPAL too for EBAY buying...

the only E-WALLETS i can use (and they are accepted on many poker rooms) are MONEYBOOKERS and CLICK2PAY.. you can try those two..

Moneybookers will work ... i have the same problem with NETeller ... Romania isn't in the list as well...

If you want to use you bank account try citadel checks. I just made my first deposit and that was the only deposit option that worked for me. Hope this helps you out.

yep right moneybookers is one that you can use , i also have the same problems like some of you cause neteller wont accept account from the Philippines and also paypal. What i use is click2pay.

i'm delighted with moneybookers service, so i don't need a netteler and other e-wallets.. click2pay is the option i made my first deposit (because it uses CC) but withdraw with click2pay is really complicate because you can't withdraw to your cc or to your bank account, you can withdraw it only with check (and you can do that without click2pay, titan or any ipoker site will send you a check to home, too)... click2pay has option to buy their credit card and then to withdraw your money from click2pay account in your country from ATMs but here are really big provisions and taxes for that so that is not good investment.

i use moneybookers because i withdraw your money from poker room or betting site there, and then transfer it directly to my bank account with unbelivably low fees.. i only need paypal for buying some clothes on ebay (because you can find good stuff there really cheap) but paypal will not come to my country for one century for sure

Moneybookers is a complete rob. Don't ever try calling them on the phone as you will get charged a lot of money. They will put you on hold and for every minute you are charged more than $1. No lie most likely if you are on for only 10 minutes your bill will be $50+. Epassporte is the best service for transfering money by far. Them or ewalletxpress. Very reliable on withdrawing and depositing.

Net teller does not allow accounts in MAryland either. I'm going to try Click 2 Pay. I've heard good things from them.
