the only reason poker sucks is b/c of the way you played that game. Almost impossible to read you b/c you either raise it or fold it, and my run of cards was pathetic when you first started playing. I couldnt win any pots I entered either. It was sick, and then I finally push you back with the best hand I've seen in 15 minutes, and you call me with garbage only to catch 2 more 4s on the board?!! ! Pinch me b/c I thinking I'm still dreaming.

So tonight is the last game of the season? I looks like between me and you BBP, whoever lasts longer in this game will take down 1st!!!

There needs to be 9 players in tonights game for Bubblebell to have a chance taking first place. Same for Track getting 3rd place. Good Luck everyone!!!

Blinds are $50/$100
Seat #1: NewAlf, $2,610 chips, SB
Seat #5: Lytspeed, $3,400 chips, BB
Seat #7: Acorn84, $1,490 chips

Pre-flop:
Acorn84 raises $300 after blinds are posted (with , though we don't know that yet.)
NewAlf folds
Lytspeed calls $200 (with , thinking he's in pretty good shape.)

Flop:

Lytspeed bets $100 (straight draw, any A or K is top pair, lots of outs.)
Acorn84 raises $400!
Lytspeed calls $300.

Turn:

Both players check

River:

Lytspeed pushes all in ($2,700) with high card, totally bluffing.
Acorn calls ($790) with and wins pot of $3,030

I know my play wasn't the best, here; I should have been more aggressive from the start. But I was very surprised that Acorn would call all in with nothing but the second lowest pair on the board. Kudos to Acorn84 for making a gutsy play and capitalizing on it.

That was such an exciting game to watch! I have to hand it to Acorn--wow--that was unbelievable.

I hear you, trips, about the crap hands. I had so many great starting hands, only to end up with nothing. Hands I threw away would have been winners (like those funky small os cards Aacorn played). I've given up the thought of any strategy tonight. My poker karma is broken;I'm going to do the best I can and let the chips fall where they may. Hopefully in front of me!
