The original Poseidon Adventure has got to be at the top of my list. Great cast, great story, great meaning. "Alive" (about the plane crash in the Andes and the people who survived) is another favorite. What a great story of the human spirit. And wow, that has to be the most horrifying and probably realistic depiction of what it would be like to experience a plane crash ever!
I have to admit I'm a sucker for disaster and horror movies. Maybe because then I think my life isn't so bad after all--at least there's no one threatening to carve me up with power tools! (At least, not that I know of!)

Just saw Grid Iron Gang it was a good movie, well decent. New movies have been disapointing in theater latley, I have been very disapointed at some of these new movies.

If none of you have watched requiem for a dream. That is definitely one to check out. It puts life in perspective and to cherish what is important to you. Many of us have probably caught ourselves at a point of life drug experimenting and this movie has all the ups and downs. Believe me you will love it!

Check out Napoleon Dynamite, A great low budget movie. Very funny...

Yeah I agree with you Kirra , Napoleon Dynamite is great but I also like the movie of the Great Kevin Smith. Clerks was so good and the Clerks II is great with great script and good story.

I like the action movies and I would go with Mission Impossible, all three of them with Tom Cruise in them. These movies are always action packed, love watching them!

hmm well i've had a bunch over the years starting with some obvious ones (braveheart, pulp fiction, shawshank redemption), but i've watched them so many times...now my favorite is reservoir dogs

My personal fav movie has to be, Liar Liar Jim Cary is a very very funny man. I can see him when hes 80 making me laugh.
