Default I need help with FullTilt Poker.

I wish to cash out money on this site but they're being [obstinate]. They say i need to email them a photo ID and a bill for them to send me a cheque in the mail. I find this just retarded. Is there a way i can switch money from one site to another? I pretty sure that Trips did it somehow. Anyone else know how to do this because I need my money :/.

Thank you.

To the End!

Hi Ivan,

First, I edited your post to remove a possibly offensive word. I hope you don't mind.

Also, I know that someone else had difficulty withdrawing money from a site -- I think it was TheAudition, and I think he had trouble with Titan. He got the same run around, but was eventually able to withdraw his money by complying with their requests.

I think they just want to make sure that you are really you, and that you haven't been a victim of identity theft. I expect that the same thing will happen to me when I try to withdraw from Titan, especially since I'm male and my first name is Stacy.

Ivan its not unusual for sites to request ID. Prima is especially tough. I screwed up on Ultimate Bet with my birthday because it is Euro style. Day month year instead of month day year. Im all backwards. They are requiring I send photo Id like my license or passport to correct.

That is one of the reasons Neteller is such a beautiful thing!!

i didn't have that problems ever but some of my friends had similar problems... the only payment method i use is moneybookers (and the only besides click2pay residents here can use) and i'm really pleased..
