Ill be honest I havent played with your forum yet so this doesnt apply to your group...???
My problem is this. People running their mouths. Not just harrasing but being a down right ass.It is stupid. I dont mean the good humor harrasing but the mean stuff. I was taught if you cant say something nice shut up. I know you can cut their chat on some sites but it gets aggrivating to listen or see a player who won by his teeth, calling with nothing and getting lucky as hell run players down. I quit playing on a site because there was no control. The moderators on the site or administraters wouldn,t do anything.

We try to keep a pretty close eye on the trash talk on this site. In fact, I just deleted a thread earlier today because it was potentially offensive. If you ever have a problem with anyone, just let me or BBP Guru know, and we'll check the situation out.

I just noticed that. THere isn't much language used here. That's not the case on other forums. Usually the first thing that happens is, a guy who just took a bad beat goes to the forums and calls him out. You don't see that unless the player is joking around. Usually the person who layed the bad beat on the guy offers and apology.(doesn't really help)

Sometimes you can tell that these people are really "kids". Most sites have a chat turn off button, so use it.

Yeah chatblocker is a great feature, I don't really let the talk bother me that much. What does piss me off though is when people discuss the hands when there not even in the pot and are already saying what they threw away, etc etc.. Or how about this you are in a big pot and some butthead who is not even in it, say something like "He must be on the flush draw" What the heck, come on man, that really ticks me off.
