| this is the great place.. i was freeroll player at the beggining (still playing frolls and low stakes - s&gs for 1,2$ hups for 1$ and that stuff), and my best improvement i did on BBP.. now i started to play nl games a little.. but when i remember that before 6 months i was so happy that i won 15$ (my first money) in 100$ freeroll freezeout on titan, and tonight i played 100000$ tourney (and had solid game there) i'm really pleased.. i still need experience and skill to move on higher level.. still a lot to learn.. (but i'm young) ![]()

| Congrats on your improvement Wheel. I know i have improved as well since i started posting and reading. The way i play overly aggressive players is wait for premium hands and bully back when you get them. Reraise or push back by betting every round even if you hit the flop or not. PUSH and usually in my experience the player will slow down. I hope this helps, it does me. |

| this may sound stupid but is there too tight of playing. for a bit i was taking things too litteraly. ive had to loosen up alittle and start relaxing. still doing well but as soon as i look at the player standings, i start thinking about that and letting that influence me not the cards.. Im working on it but it still gets to me. any suggestions on preventing self destruction? I wish i could just delete the player status and just play. but i know its there and stupid me look. sometimes too often. Please dont tell me well dont look. cause i know that. ode to thepoker gods |
