Jiggy unless you're playing in Japan you won't be able to open an account with a Japan address. They track your IP and if the IP in Japan registers an account for you and they track your IP wher ever you stay in the US they will fine the person who created the account for you.

eh.. you can use anonymous ip program (it's called something like that) and you're be redirected like you're playing from another country (it will redirect you and show ip adress from for example - venecuela). but i tried only free version of program and it slows you're connection seriosly..
