I had medium stack and got put all in.

I called and he turned over

The flop came
The turn came
The river came

I was gutted. Another bad beat. Beaten on the river on wata suprise pacific poker. Why does it always happen on pacific poker?

I don't consider that a bad beat since when the money went in it was a race, but draw-redraw hands do hurt.

Default Case 7?

Yeh true. But the reason that I thought it was a bad beat becuase I was out of ma chair thinking there was no possible way for him to win the hand other than catching a 7 on the river. Someone threw a 7 away as they said on chat. So it was a bit hurtful when they caught the case 7.

eh.. not really a bad beat..moving preflop you had 45% chances of winning that hand.
on flop you had 6outs (3 queens, and 3 jacks and one heart for runner runner flush (=1,5 out - jack heart = 0.5 outs). that was about 6.5x4= 26% on flop that you will win that hand.. you got your jack on turn, so he was drawing 2 outer on river (4% chance to get it) and he got it.. but when money was placed you were underdog for that pot..

and i'm not sure that my new percent theory works in online poker.. when somebody is in pot against me i would multiply his real chance to win the pot by 2 (and there are the players whose chances i would multiply by 3).. so in most pots where i'm big favourite i'm actually an underdog.. LOL
