We're having another $100 freeroll at Poker.com next Sunday at 21:00 EST.

As the freeroll is restricted to 20 players only, we've made a few changes to who can qualify. Please read below carefully.

If you are a NEW BBP forum member i.e. you have less than 50 posts, you are required to get 40 BBP points to qualify.

If you are a senior BBP forum member i.e. you have over 50 posts, you are required to get 20 BBP points to qualify.

BBP points are gained by posting in the forums. A few (3-6) quality posts should be enough to get 20 BBP points. Your posts must be clear, meaningful and contribute to the forum/thread in a positive way. If they fail to do any of the following, your posts will be removed without notice and you won't be allowed to play in future freerolls. You gain more points if your posts are long and thoughtful.

Please make sure you abide by the forum rules.

You should complete the posting requirements by Saturday 12:00 EST. The tournament is password protected so once you've completed the requirements, please send an email to freeroll@blindbetpoker.com that includes your BBP forum and Poker.com screen name.

The password will be emailed to you a a few minutes before the tournament starts.

Thanks for the clear info. what it takes to be invited to the games. (Please disregard another one of my posts.) Since I belong to several forums sometimes its difficult to get to all of them. Since I am considered a Senior member, I need to post 20 BBP points to qualify...correct? When are previous weeks posts dumped? Also since its been awhile since my last invite - how will passwords be obtained? Thanks again for the tourney. Hope to see a lot of you Sunday.

Yep, and you already have them.

As for the password, BBP Guru will e-mail it out just before the tournament. (He may send it regular e-mail, but I expect he will send it via BBP Forum private mail, too.)

This is great, I think the more strict procedures will make this more like the BBP Freerolls we have had previous, not the free for all that it was last week.

If it is password protected, and only limited to 20 players, what happens if the password is leaked, and then one of the 20 legit members tries to join? Will they not be able to join the tourny?

Lets hope we don't have to face this. The primary reason for reducing the field to 20 is to keep the leakers off and only allow those members to participate who are making this community a better place.

Lets wish Poker.com allows restricted tourneys in future like we had at Titan Poker.

thats a good idea. keeps some of the freeroll whores out. i like how it was set up under titan, the last one on poker.com was horrible. so many freeloaders

i want to take this time to apologize to all. i was probably one of the nuts you were talking about. I was having severe modem problems. The line was connected but the info just wasnt getting through. i lost my origional modem in a thunderstorm and it took me a few days to get in to get another. Yes bad thing about living in the country) I finally gave up and went all in. a few times to get out. i didnt want to be sitting out, and having you think other naughty things of me. I think i have the problem fixed with the new modem. so again i apologize for last game.
