Nice hand I wasn't the guy in pot this time, I picked it up in the Casino Cosmopol in Malmo, Sweden.
A friend of mine doubled the blind with a 4-3 of diamonds. The other guy sighed sadly, shook his head and said; I'll try it. Now, I thought he had aces and my friend were also well aware of this.
The flop was: Ad-2d-3. The guy sighed again loadly and slowly put all his chips, exept of one 5$ chip. My friend called him with a flush draw and the turn card was a 2 of spades. He had probably made aces full.
The guy who had aces laughed and put the last chip in the pot and my friend called. There were now 5300$ in the pot, so my friend had made the correct move by calling the five dollars to catch the 5 of diamonds for a straight flush, and that's exactly what he got.
I just can't stop laughing about this hand. My friend didn't make a correct play the entire pot. I haven't seen a guy get this unlucky since my four aces got beat buy running cards for a royal flush... |
