ty very much lyt.. i'm sure i'll have great memories and good stories. Not sure about pile of money (but i would be an idiot if i say that i don't expect money there too). I never played live poker in my life, but for everything what you are doing in life there is first time. And experienced players are afraid of begginers (especially from those who won a seat via freeroll and don't have anything to lose) I will give my best (i'll try) to represent me and this forum as the best online forum (and - this forum is the main reason i won that seat.. i didn't played at poker.com until bbp started to hold tourneys there, i won one freeroll, then was 2nd in a buyin - made some money after, wanted to withdraw - deposited won that coupon for freeroll and at the end i won a dream package). Thx BBP, i'll give my best to make us proud all! if i don't do that, please don't criticise me - i'm still a begginer trying to take slice of a cake from the sharks

look at my signature downstairs.. i copy-pasted it from full-tilt forum thread about mike matusow. i used that signature, never thinking about that.. but now, i think that is the best quote that is ever told! i'm flashbacking that event where i won that seat every hour in last two days. When tourney started i knew it.. this is going to be my night! here is retrospective of my main hands there:

first doubling (loool.. i forgot about this one, i remember it now), donkey moved with AJ i called with AKs - he got j on flop - we had same stack, i cought K on river.. i doubled

after that took couple of pot and then had 67diamonds.. don't know had some feeling.. called, guy raised me 4bbs.. i called! (lol) flop 8910.. he had 1010 .. turn was something like deuce - we moved on turn.. i won..

then took some pots, i was dealt KK, 2nd position moved for 11k stack (i was in late pos), middle pos called (he had about 30k) i moved allin with my 37k.. after big thinking middle pos player called

first players showed A7off, middle Aq off.. ace didn't came i won and took chipleading place which i hold to final table

on final table.. maybe the crucial moment - was dealt A10 on bb, sb raised me i called (had bigger stack than him but not that much bigger - for ex. 280k against 180k) - flop was Ace - rag - rag... he betted - i raised, he reraised - AND I KNEW that he had me there - i was sure in that million percents.. what i did? i moved allin! you know why? i did that because i knew he had ace with higher kicker, and in my mind i saw 10 on turn.. (that's that paranormal thing...).. you guess? turn was 10 , he shows Aj

headsup i entered with 450 against 300, but he got me down to 250k against his 500k.. on his bb i had QJ, he raised i called, flop Q all low, he betted i put him allin he called with A7 off.. i doubled

next hand from there (really next hand), me 500k he 250k got dealt 1010 i raised him, he put me allin i called - he shows 99 - 9 didn't came and aussie dream come true..

sorry for that long story.. but i wanted to say something..
doesn't matter how u play - you can play best poker in world, if you are dealt rags and miss all flops you can't do nothing
when that tourney began i knew it, that this was my night.. every draw i had i hit, every pair i had i setted, every hand i had i hit- really unreal it was.. i mean every one (3-4 str8s i got right on turn where i doubled)! that hand when i flopped str8 against 1010 we moved on turn.. he had set, he could get 8 or 9 for a boat and i would be out and never talking about australia... (i was sucked like this in WPT Atlantic City event with nut flush on turn against 1010 too! - same scenario - we moved on turn he had set and got a boat, maybe this was a payback, but in every case i was big favourite) my KK could be bad beaten against ace - something and i would be out too.. but they didn't, so i'm really thankfull to poker gods .. they sent me a sign, that i deserved my place there.. i mean every online tourney (even with 20 ppl) you need luck to win it (with skill you can reach top3 but you always need luck for 1st place).

so, i'm going there without pressure! and, i'm going there to go home with money!.. if i don't i'll see the kangaroos, meet that lovely host (and.. who knows...), see the aussie land.. and if anyone (i mean really anyone) told me before only 1 year (i started playing before 7-8 months, real playing before 4-5months) that i will go to australia (don't know what purpose can be) i would tell him that he is mad and that he is talking total crap! (i can go to any destination in the world (Vegas, Bahamas, Cuba, South America, Thailand, Hong Kong)..but in Australia.. nope..

This is my opportunity.. i got my chance, i'll try to take it!

Pretty awesome Dov. I saw your name announced (cocaine) in the Poker.com e-newsletter. That's a lot of pressure in the qualifying tournie, knowing that Winner Takes All. Keep those posts coming and when is the trip? Maybe we get to see your Mug on TV or on the site. How many hours was the qualifying tournie?

I need to leave my country at 10th January to be in OZ in 12th January Toruney starts at 14th or 15th january (first day, i can choose which day to play), 16th january is 2nd day and final table is scheduled for 19th jan.
Qualifying tourney lasted only 3 hours and 20 minutes.. Blinds were pretty fast - on 12minutes (but i made good stack quickly), and to be honest lot of players were "donkeys" and calling station. Field was really large but i started great, raising and raising my stack.. And when i saw how far and how close i was to the "online poker player dream" i didn't want ed to lose on final table

Now i'm waiting for call from poker.com! I must appoint a meeting in Australian Embassy, but poker.com need to send me needed papers (invitation letter, vauchers from hotel,..). I contacted poker.com couple of times, on friday they told me they're organizing my letter and they will call me very soon.. but i'm still waiting (yesterday they had last satellite to aussie millions so i think they will start to send invitations these days).. and if i don't appoint my meeting in embassy for maximum one week, there will be too crowded, (lot of serbians live in aussie, and catholic and orthodox holidays are coming really soon) so i can suck for free dates in embassy.. but i hope everything will be ok

OMG, what a hostest with the mostest !! The main event starts Sunday, Jan.14 and the Final table is on Friday, Jan.19. We'll be watching for ya (wear a BBP cap or T-shirt dude).
